Waste Hauling in Benton County, Arkansas

Before you begin hauling waste commercially (i.e. other than from your own household or business) anywhere in Arkansas, you must first obtain a waste hauler license from the local Regional Solid Waste Management District(s) in which you will either be:

- Collecting waste (from households or businesses, etc. whether on a temporary or permanent basis)

- Transporting waste (within or even through the District)

- Disposing of waste (no matter where you originally collected it!)

IT IS A VIOLATION OF ARKANSAS STATE LAW AND DISTRICT RULES TO PROVIDE SOLID WASTE COLLECTION SERVICE WITHOUT A HAULER LICENSE.
