NOTICES

Notice of Meeting Dates, Times and Draft Agendas for all District Board and Committee meetings will be provided by email to anyone requesting such notice. Please call the District staff at (479) 795-0751 to be added to the distribution list.  Notice is provided in advance of meetings and always provided at least 2 hours prior to any emergency meeting.

 

Regular Board meetings are scheduled at 1:30 p.m. on the 4th Thursday of the first month of each calendar quarter (January, April, July and October). Emergency meetings may be called on occasion if urgent, unexpected business requires the board to meet quickly.

 

BOARD MEMBERS

 

The Solid Waste District Board is comprised of the County Judge or his/her appointed representative and the Mayors or his/her appointed representative for each city with a certified population of over 2,000 citizens.

 

Current Board Members are:

 

  • Chairperson: Judge Barry Moehring, Benton County

  • Vice-Chairman: Mayor Jeff Van Sickler, City of Little Flock

  • Secretary: Mr. Jerrold Haley, City of Rogers

  • Mr. Doug Tapp, City of Bella Vista

  • Mayor Randall Noblett, City of Cave Springs

  • Mayor Bill Edwards, City of Centerton

  • Mr. Gary Wilson, City of Bentonville

  • Mayor Kevin Johnston, City of Gentry

  • Mayor Kurt Maddox, City of Gravette

  • Mayor Chris Moore, City of Lowell

  • Mayor Nathan See, City of Pea Ridge
