The Benton County Convenience Center Program is a partnership between the Benton County Solid Waste District and the Benton County Administration. The program replaced the previous twice-per-year County Cleanups. Now, citizens have year-round opportunities for recycling or disposal of specific items generated by Benton County households at no charge as the program is currently subsidized by the County, the District and the State Recycling Grants.
The three Convenience Center locations and hours are listed in the flyer.
WE CANNOT PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH UNLOADING.
PLEASE NOTE - This program is provided as a service and a convenience for citizens. We cannot provide staff to unload your items (excluding household hazardous waste materials). CITIZENS ARE REQUIRED TO UNLOAD YOUR OWN ITEMS. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS SO, PLEASE, BRING HELP TO UNLOAD IF NEEDED. Generally, whoever helps you get it into your vehicle would likely be able to help you get it out of your vehicle. You are not required to lift large/heavy items over the sides of dumpsters; you just have to get the items out of your vehicle and onto the ground and we will use equipment to move it where we need it. If you have cannot unload your items, you may want to consider curbside pickup of your items.
